Concrete Bullet Bits are specially designed to drill through concrete to set manhole covers and give access to the earth below the concrete. The bits feature our inexpensive field-replaceable bullet carbide cutters, which rapidly penetrate to make a clean round hole. They are not manufactured to drill below the concrete.
